Evening Standard: Little Feast returns to Shepherd’s Bush for a summer of street food
This year the W12 food fest has an English walled garden theme
Little Feast will return to Shepherd’s Bush on June 1 for 13 weeks for a summer of alfresco eating, and has been transformed into an English walled garden to mark a focus on the home grown.
The food lineup will include Bull and Rancher’s Latin American-inspired wild game barbecue, baps from Cheeky Burger; cured tuna and swaordfish from The Hawaiian Fish Co; Jama Cubana’s tropical Cuban sandwiches; and slow-cooked croquettes from Nanny Bills.
The Marshmallowist will also be on hand with sweet treats to round things off.
The space will feature climbing evergreens, trellises, trees and quaint stone paths, with food served beneath a pergola. The connecting arch, which houses Little Feast’s bar, will be done up in the style of another British summer time favourite — a beach hut.
From here drinks including English wine and local beer will be served.
Little Feast will run from June 1 to August 22, from 6-11pm Wednesdays to Fridays, 12-11pm on Saturdays and 12-8pm on Sundays. Visit wefeast.co.uk.
